Exercises On An Indo Board
Here's a great exercise you can try on your indo board. Many thanks to friend of SUP Jon for sharing this with us.
For beginners you might want to start out by just balancing using your arms on the indo board and your legs on a static chair. Then when you are comfortable with that you can put your legs on a swiss ball.
If you get comfortable with that you can even try it with your eyes shut or try doing different variations of push ups, or try bringing the ball towards you so your body makes a V-shape and then flatten back out to a plank. Theres a hundred and one ways to modify this exercise, just leave the clapping out of it incase you mess the landing up and hit your face on the ground. We don't want you doing that on your indo board!
